The DDA (Delhi Development Authority) Housing Scheme 2010 results declared today on 18.04.2011.
The results will be displayed on the Notice Board of DDA at Vikas Sadan, D-Block, INA, New Delhi-23. Applicants can also check the results onhttp://www.dda.org.in. The result will also be published in the leading National Newspapers.
DDA to unveil the owners of 16,000 flats in third week of April
Your wait has come to an end if you applied for the DDA Housing Scheme. 7,40,000 people dreamt of owning a DDA flat and registered themselves, but the lucky ones will be only 16,000.
The status of your forms will uploaded on DDA website on 29th March. If there are some corrections that you want to make on the form, you can do so twice.
The names of lucky 16,000 will be uploaded on the website after the DDA 2011 computerised draw.
DDA housing scheme draw will be announced on 18th April 2011. (As given on Nav Bharat Times : 13 Apr 2011). DDA is about to organize the DDA Draw Result in Noida.
Result will be published on DDA Official Website and Newspapers on 19 April 2011
All preparations have been made for the housing scheme draw and all the forms are thoroughly checked. This weekend DDA will advertise about this piece of information in newspapers to inform the people who applied for the DDA Housing Scheme. The advertisement will provide with the relevant information about how to use website to know the information and what to do after that. On 29th March DDA will update their website with the list of correct forms which will include Form number, name of the person, and the amount paid. If any wrong name or wrong amount is entered in front of your form number then it can be corrected by bringing to the notice of DDA office. According to the sources, DDA will provide with 6 days of time for appliers to identify for such mistakes and change it to the original. 3 days after that DDA will update the final list of forms on their website.
RESULT 2011 OF DDA Flats ALLOTMENT
I. The results of the draw shall be displayed on the Notice Board of DDA at Vikas Sadan, D-Block, INA, New Delhi-23. In addition the result shall be displayed on the website of DDA with the address http://www.dda.org.in. The result will also be published in the leading National Newspapers.
II. The allotment-cum-demand letters will be dispatched through Speed Post/Courier/Registered Post but it shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to check the result of the draw if he/she does not get information despite the afore mentioned means. In case applicant has given address of a place/office, where entry (of courier) is restricted, all communication including dispatch of refund cheque/ demand letter on failure of courier would be through available mode. Applicant is advised to contact nodal officer of the bank as given in Annexure B in such cases. DDA/Banks in such cases would not be responsible for delay/ non receipt of communication by applicant/allottee.
