The manufacturer of Black Berry phones says it's looking into an undisclosed concern touching customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa . Internet access and Black Berry's trendy messenger service came into view to be affected.
Research in Motion Ltd. said in a message on Twitter,” Some users in EMEA are experiencing issues; we’re investigating, and we apologies for any inconvenience."
T-Mobile UK said in post online that there was an ``Issue with sending and receiving via the Black Berry Messenger service as well as using Black Berry Internet services.''
It said that it and Research in Motion are staring into the theme.
