The knowledge following cravings, which are driven by powerful sensations of yearning for convinced foods, explains how neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine run prove. A dip in our body's serotonin levels roots cravings for starchy and sweet foods. Whereas, dopamine helps us calm down and elevates our mood.
