According to a statement in the Times of India, the Telecommunication Authority has subjected a decree to all the ISPs in the state to halt any technology that serves private browsing, to depress private browsing of the internet by militant groups. Private internet browsing popularly referred to as VPN has been blocked in Pakistan.

The slab should have sooner miserable only militant crowds from contacting VPN services. Though, turn out that VPN services cannot be singled out. Hence, it cannot be just a fractional blockage, but an entire one.
